Motivational Canine Educational Programs & Traveling Seminars

Traveling Canine Seminars

We are based in southern Colorado, and are currently offering our canine seminars throughout the United States. If your group, dog club, or town would like to schedule a seminar (and/or motivational canine program), you can contact us at CanineAbility@gmail.com

Canine behaviorist/Author/Educator, Kimberly Carnevale offers her award-winning canine seminar featuring information from her next book, "Leadership for a lifetime; Training The Canine Ability Way."  Many common canine issues and solutions are covered, including:

*Effective canine leadership and communication--Leadership and communication are critical components for building a firm foundation upon which further training can take place--and without which, the former objective can not be achieved. Learn the causes behind many of the most common dog behavioral issues, and how to fix the cause; not just the symptom!

*Loose leash walking--Want to take your dog for a walk instead of the other way around? Dogs are migratory animals.  The walk is the most primal of all his activities; you are never more a leader (or follower) than you are at the end of your dog's leash.  Where you allow your dog to walk (or pull), tells him how to treat you in all areas of his life.  Learn how to master this important skill and enjoy walking your dog for a change!

*Beyond commands---take your relationship with your dog to a whole new level---bring out his/her true ABILITY!

*Camping with your canine--tips to make camping more enjoyable (and safe!) for you and your dog

*Aggression---what is it, where does it come from, and what can be done? Our behaviorist is renowned for her work with aggressive, fearful, and "red zone" dogs. She has been called in by K9 units, court systems, and many private dog owners in order to successfully rehabilitate the most  difficult cases.

Kimberly states, "Most people, when dealing with a sudden dog bite or exacerbation of aggression in their dog claim, "It just came out of nowhere." In reality, aggression is usually a slow building issue that spreads like wildfire without professional intervention.  Owners are also surprised to learn that there are several different types of aggression, and each one needs to be diagnosed and treated properly by a professional versed in dealing with such dangerous behavior.  Aggression is never a one time only kind of deal, and should never, ever be taken lightly. Without proper rehabilitation, aggression will continue to grow. It is imperative that dog owners recognize (and admit readily) that their dog has a problem, and seek professional help immediately.  This simple step can often mean the difference between life and death of their dog."

*What your dog wishes you knew! - Want a better relationship with your dog?  So does your dog!  Learn what every dog wishes his/her owner knew and experience a whole new (and better) relationship with your canine friend!
